Paul
Dini draws Orko, and tells all about the "O" on
his chest.
This cartoon was illustrated by Paul Dini, writer of such
He-Man classics as "Teela's Quest" and
"Prince Adam No More." Jay Jordan attended the
Wizard World convention where all the comic book
companies meet and have special guests. One of the guests
in attendance was none other than He-Man scribe
Paul Dini. Jay Jordan explains: "I didn't bring a sketch
book, so I had to use a promotional/postcard for the TV-movie
Witchblade. Paul Dini jokingly told me that the
"O" on Orko's chest represented the amount of
respect and money the makers of the show received."
Paul Dini has never hidden the fact that he is slightly
embarrassed by his work on He-Man, but at least
he took a few seconds out of his life to draw an image of
his old pal Orko.
