The Toy Maker wishes to join Skeletor's army with his malicious but innocent-looking toys, but Skeletor wants to test him first. Skeletor orders him to give his toys to Orko. Orko, tired of trying to prove to his friends that magic is as valuable as science, embraces the Toy Maker's impressive toy objects, a soldier, a teddy bear, and a dinosaur. Orko impresses Man-At-Arms, Teela, and Adam with his newfound toys, but in the middle of the night, they enlarge and attack Man-At-Arms, taking him to Snake Mountain. Finding traces of the crime the next day, He-Man, Orko, and Teela follow the toys into the Valley of Echoes. False images, faces, and nightmares cause the heroes to disband, but Orko's earmuff spell saves them and reunites them. The toys deliver Man-At-Arms to Skeletor, who betrays the Toy Maker. The giant toys attack He-Man, Ram Man, and Teela, but Orko communicates with the Toy Maker to learn the secret words that control the toys. The heroes, with the newly obedient toys, invade Snake Mountain, free Man-At-Arms, and ruin Skeletor's plans.
