Synopsis:

Original Airdate: ?/?/1985

A formation of rocks are rocketing through space, but suddenly shift direction and crash to Etheria. Hordak tells Catra that they are no ordinary rocks, and orders her to retrieve them. Meanwhile, Madame Razz and Broom arrive at the rebel camp with an urgent message from Bigelow, a rebel spying on the Horde. The message reads that Horde Troopers are marching toward the Valley of the Lost to retrieve some rocks from space, which prompts Adora to find cover and transform into She-Ra so that she may investigate with Bow and Madame Razz.

As they approach the Valley, Madame Razz, Broom, and Bow are menaced by King Liz, but She-Ra soon arrives to save them. She tells the great lizard that they mean no harm, and knowing She-Ra’s legend, King Liz tells her what he knows of Catra's whereabouts. Catra arrives with Mantenna, Leech, Scorpia, and Grizzlor in order to snatch the space rocks, but She-Ra challenges their acts, just as the rocks begin to transform and reveal themselves to be Rock People.

Catra captures Rokkon as the rebels battle the other members of the evil Horde. Stonedar and Granita do not like fighting, but Catra has seized one of the Rock People, and at the moment that is enough, so she retreats in the Horde Scavenger with Rokkon as her captive. She-Ra introduces herself to the Rock People, as Stonedar and Granita explain that they are a scouting party from the planet Geolon, which is soon going to explode.

They were searching for a new planet that their people might inhabit. Bow proposes an alliance so that they might retrieve Rokkon, but Stonedar refuses, recognizing that the rebels are too violent for their peace-loving people, and deciding to try to reason with Hordak for their friend's release. She-Ra and the rebels follow, hoping to ensure their safety. Catra and the Horde capture the other Rock People as they approach the Fright Zone, and when she presents them to Hordak, Stonedar asks that he release Rokkon. Hordak refuses, which forces them to see that the Horde are unreasonable, and causes them to fight to defend themselves.

They free Rokkon, but Shadow Weaver uses her magic to cause them to slowly melt into the ground. She-Ra and the others arrive, and as Madame Razz tries to reverse the spell, She-Ra and Bow buy her time in battling the Horde. Madame Razz does reverse the spell, but as Hordak and She-Ra engage in battle, Stonedar is able to save She-Ra from Hordak's blast.

They all leave the Fright Zone, and as the Rock People prepare to leave the planet in search of a peaceful place to live, She-Ra proposes that they stay in a peaceful area of Etheria, known as Spikeheart. King Ahgo assents to this, and the Rock People send word to bring the others to Etheria. The rebels realize that they share a common bond with the Rock People: they all desire to live in peace.
