At the Fright Zone Hordak rebukes his warriors for their failures concerning She-Ra. In his quest to defeat the Princess of Power, Hordak announces he has commissioned a warrior from the famed planet of Silax to take care of the "problem." Bow, Kowl, and Adora marvel at how quiet things have been at the rebel camp. A spaceship lands at the Fright Zone, and out from it steps a muscular warrior woman named Huntara.

Hordak promises her he will show how She-Ra is an evil person and how she deserves a Silaxian-style defeat. Hordak uses deceptive holo-vid pictures to convince Huntara of She-Ra's maliciousness. Huntara declares she will challenge She-Ra without the help of any Horde members, with Catra and Scorpia worrying that Huntara's presence will hurt their own positions.

Outside of Bright Moon, Glimmer is captured by Huntara, and then delivers a message to the rebel camp. Adora and Bow receive the warning. In it, Huntara declares that Glimmer will be transported to another dimension if She-Ra does not meet her at Tomb Rock in the Crimson Waste. Meanwhile at Scorpia's lair, Catra proposes that she and Scorpia spy on Huntara and She-Ra, and capture the winner. Scorpia reluctantly agrees. Adora and Spirit transform into She-Ra and Swift Wind, and Swift Wind drops She-Ra off at Tomb Rock. Huntara immediately introduces herself and flees.

She-Ra follows the warrior into the hills, where Huntara tries to conquer her with a rock fall. She-Ra prevails, but Huntara disappears once again. Meeting Glimmer at the Dimensional Transporter, Huntara refuses to believe Glimmer's assertions that She-Ra is good. Spotting Huntara from afar, She-Ra ambushes her from behind. She-Ra realizes a decoy has tricked her, and a magical cage suddenly surrounds her. Huntara threatens to fill the prison with sleep gas, but She-Ra breaks free.

She finds Glimmer, but Huntara quickly attacks. She-Ra transforms her sword into rope and quickly defeats Huntara. The Silaxian admits defeat and declares that she is now She-Ra's slave. She-Ra explains that she does not believe in slavery. Huntara finally realizes She-Ra's goodness and Hordak's treachery. Just as Glimmer is freed, the spying Catra and Scorpia emerge from the sand in Scorpia's Sand Crawler vehicle. They stun the three women and take them to the Fright Zone.

Hordak threatens Huntara, but she manages to escape, releasing She-Ra and Glimmer, who immediately begin to assault the Horde Troopers. Glimmer retrieves She-Ra's sword, and Huntara scares a Trooper into returning her weapons. Catra and Scorpia both attack Huntara, but end up colliding with each other. Hordak threatens to unleash an entire room full of Horde Troopers, so the rebels flee. Outside the Whispering Woods, She-Ra wishes Huntara goodbye. Huntara promises that when next they meet, it will be as friends.
