Kowl had the responsibility to remind the audience not to switch off.

Every cartoon has them; they are commercial bumpers. Sadly, the She-Ra Princess of Power commercial bumpers were not at all interesting when compared to He-Man's. There were only three for She-Ra that featured Kowl merely floating by the text. At least Orko kept viewers glued to the screen until the adverts began.
