The capital, underwater city of the Kingdom Of Oceana, located on Etheria. It is the home of Mermista and the Mer-Folk. Mermista's father King Mercia, rules the kingdom from this capital city. He believes it best to leave the Horde alone, in the hope that they will respect his decision and leave him and his people in peace. Mermista knows that The Horde will stop at nothing to conquer all of Etheria and she is the only member of the people of Selinas who supported the Great Rebellion, until their Pearl Of Power is stolen by the Horde.
