Faker - Evil Robot of Skeletor
Real Name: N/A
Originally built by Man-At-Arms to cover for He-Man when Prince Adam is needed, Faker was abandoned in the royal junkyard after his first mission and salvaged by the evil warrior Tri-Klops. At the request of Skeletor, Faker was reprogrammed to replace He-Man and convince the people of Eternia that He-Man had betrayed King Randor and turned to evil.
Faker's goal is to fool people into thinking that he is He-Man and striking when they least expect it. Faker is a near perfect likeness of He-Man; the one imperfection is that his eyes glow. Faker has exactly the same strength and power as He-Man, resulting in the two fighting to a stand still. Faker’s life was a brief one in the Filmation 80's cartoon; his duel with He-Man ended with him falling into the abyss around Castle Grayskull.
Upon his escape from Grayskull's Abyss, the Sorceress cast a spell turning him blue and his hair orange. Faker went on and became a member of Skeletor's Evil Warriors, serving him on several occasions in the comic books, books, audio plays and magazines. Cartoon Appearances: |
