Carl Carl was the janitor of the high school, that Julie Winston and Kevin Corrigan attended. When the second Cosmic Key was located, Skeletor sent Beast Man, Karg, Blade, Saurod and Centurion Shock Troopers to retrieve it. The villains arrive through a portal, that opened up in the school. Julie and Carl were the only two in the building. When Carl confronted the mercenaries, Beast Man roughed him him up and threw him through the door the connected to the gym. Later, when Kevin returns to the school, he witnesses Carl being put on an ambulance, on a stretcher. Trivia (Clawful94): Carl the Janitor was portrayed by actor, Walt P.
