King Mercia is the king of the underwater Kingdom Of Oceana. He rules from the capital city called the City of Salineas. Mermista is his only child. King Mercia believes it best to leave The Horde alone, in the hope that they will respect his decision and leave him and his people in peace. Dry-Landers are not welcome in his Kingdom.
