Bubble-Maiden is a very obscure member of the Great Rebellion. Her power is to produce magic bubbles that dazzles and confuses the enemy. She also produces bubbles that have a variety of effects. She drives the Bubble Carriage for the Great Rebellion. She is sometimes referred as Bubbles, Bubblora or Bubble Girl. She is described as dressing in blue attire and has flowing white hair.

Commentary From Clawful94: She is more of a local legend. She is shown on a the artwork of the Unproduced Bubble Carriage in a German catalog. Next to She-Ra, there's a mystery gal passenger who cannot be identified. She's somewhat reminiscent of Flutterina, except there are no wings and her outfit is a different color.
