Demosthius the Storyteller, is the famous elderly storyteller from the kingdom of Eternos. He is a kindly old man, who tells stories about He-Man's escapades to the children of Eternos, who gather in the city's square. Usually the stories involve He-Man battling some monster purely for entertainment for the children, but Demosthius attempts to instill the morals that He-Man practices. He is an old friend of Prince Adam, who relates to him the adventures of He-Man. With this knowledge, the Storyteller has a wealth of material for the children.
