Sand Demons are very strong in battle, but their weakness lies in their own creation. Because they are made of sand it does not take long for He-Man to destroy them, turning them back into piles of sand. In Kothos' attempts to retrieve the Fountain of Life, he creates one of these monsters too, but again He-Man uses their weakness against them.
