Rotar - Heroic Master Of The Hyper-Spin
Real Name: Sylas
Rotar is a member of the Heroic Warriors, he is a part-human, part-cybernetic warrior with no legs. His lower body is shaped like a spinning top, enabling him to twist mechanically along the ground at super-speed. This enables him to trick opponents and easily dodge attacks. He has an attachment of cybernetic legs. Rotar is a very stubborn and has no sense of humor. When you need the job done, he is the person who will be the most effective and dedicated, no-nonsense soldier around.
Rotar was a guard at the Royal Palace. He was seriously wounded during an attack and lost his legs. Man-At-Arms saved his life by using a new device called the Gyro Machine. which fused Rotar's body with a spinning mechanical cone.
