He-Man 1990 Annual

(Note: In the annual, Flogg was known by his European name of 'Brakk')

Brakk was the leader of the Mutants of Denebria. He had been organising increasingly deadly raids on the peaceful planet of Primus. Brakk directed operations from his secret hideout in a Gorn crater, or from the camp city of Diobo, in the regula region of Denebria. Brakk's favourited weapon was his laser whip, which he had named 'The Sidewinder'.

The Galactic Council was at first unsure how to react to his attacks, and Brakk hoped that they would bicker amongst themselves - when they were weak enough, he hoped to invade and conquer Galactic city.

When Skeletor arrived, Brakk immediately began taking orders from him, and demanded that his Mutants to do the same.
