Despara is the guise that Adora wore as the Force Captain of the Evil Horde, in the 2012 DC Digital Comic "She-Ra" and in the DC Onging Comic Books in 2013. In this rendition, Adora wears a mask that resembles Hordak's face and is cloaked in all black. Like the "Princess Of Power" Filmation Cartoon", Shadow Weaver served as a motherly role, as well as the one who controls her with enchantments. She is a darker villainess, who is a relentless killing machine.
