Senex is an elderly, male Human, who lived in an unnamed fishing village along the Eternian Sea. He was a rugged old man, with long white hair, and a long white beard.
Senex sat by his hut every night, watching the sea, and to warn the fishermen of the grim consequences of going out on their nightly fishing trips. He would tell them that he was hearing the voices of the Mer-People again. The fishermen would just treat him as a crazy old man and dismiss his warnings.
In his youth, Senex was a fisherman, like the people within the village. While he was fishing, Senex was summoned to the deep waters by the Mer-People's song. Before he could drown, two of these Mer-People would rescue him. But in current times, for some reason they were luring the fishermen to the sea, where they were never heard from again.
