Kingdom Of Mystacor

The Kingdom of Mystacor is a magical kingdom located on the planet of Etheria. This kingdom is ruled by the sorceress-queen, Castaspella. Each year, on the Enchanters' Eve, Castaspella had to renew her vows, in order to continue her reign as queen.
On one "Enchanters' Eve", Catra tries to help Castaspella's evil cousin, Allepsatsac, gain the crown of the Kingdom of Mystacor, while Castaspella was at Bright Moon, magically entertaining the people. Catra failed miserably, when She-Ra and Castaspella quickly return to the kingdom in time, to renew her vows.

The Kingdom of Mystacor is an enchanted kingdom found on the planet of Etheria. This kingdom is ruled by the sorceress-queen, Castaspella, who is a known member of the Great Rebellion.
The City Of Bluestone, City Of Nagar and City Of Wizam, are three of the cities that part of the Kingdom of Mystacor.
1986 POP Filmation Animated Series Canon:
Mystacor is a magical place. At it's center floats Mystacor castle, where visitors should be carefully choose their words, as anything they 'wish' for may be granted in unexpected ways. The castle also houses the Pool of Vision, which can be used to look at people across space and time, and, with the help of a magic spell, can transport said people through the pool to Etheria.
Castaspella is the rightful ruler of Mystacor, although at one point she was dethroned ty the villainous Mortella and banished to the nearby Dark Forest for several years. Unrelated to these woodlands is the beautiful Mystacor Forest. Castaspella also has a history with Hordewoman Shadow Weaver who originally hailed from Mystacor.
Several other parts of the country have their own rulers, but the queen of Castle Mystacor oversees them all. Next to the aforementioned Dark Forest, the small village of Elberon is alligned to Mystacor, as is the Kingdom of Greenvale, where King Gruff and his leporidious species recide.
