An aquatic Humanoid race that resides in the underwater Coral City, located in Octopus Cove. They are green, half-man and Half-octopus beings, that use their four tenticles to capture, and drain the energy of their prey. They believe in tribal-like customs. Sworn enemies of the Mer-Folk of Selineas.
