I was contemplating contacting Mattel for a replacement but I decided to try to find the issue. It ended up being too much plastic in the recess so I had to get a knife and scrape it away. It actually worked and now the leg fits in perfectly. I am not a customizer so I don't have much experience when it comes to doing things like this to toys.
I shouldn't have had to do it, and it was disappointing but now everything is great again :tjlol:
Still waiting for BC myself... Hopefully today!

Looks like I'm not the only Aussie waiting for their order then. I got a shipping confirmation on the 3rd and I honestly thought it would have turned up by now.
Me too :( My King Grayskull + Weapons Pak came in just 2 weeks, which got my hopes up for Cyber Monday goods well before Christmas... but still nothing!
Anyone got their slow sub Buzz-off yet?? Also still waiting on my Motuc vs Dcuc sets....

Nah, the Posties aren't working tomorrow, I checked. Still waiting on my CyMonday order, which was also sent on the 3rd, which has your Battle-Cat in it Flaming_knob. I did receive my replacement King Grayskull for the one that had the broken ankle, which was sent on the 4th. It must have something to do with the box size and it not being priority...
Can't wait to get my hands on the Battle cat Grange. Everyone is banging on about how rad he is and now I gotta wait longer! Australia post is not my friend.
Or my friend... I'm usually ok with the drawn out wait time, but I really want Battle-Cat... most wanted figure next to He-Man for me!!!

I reckon, in my opinion "THE MASTERS DOWN UNDER" sounds a little better than "Eternians".
-TRaP-JaW-, that logo is awesome. I really like it. I prefer Eternians (Masters sounds wrong somehow)... actually, Masters could work too. I'm not sure now (guess who's started drinking already) The logo is awesome either way.
When any of you guys get your Battle Cat, can you let me know if there is much difference in the neck. I have version 1 and version 2 but don't want to open version 2 if the neck is not fixed.

I received an email today from Mattycollector saying there is an issue with my 2011 sub and I need to call them. I have never called International before and the area code I looked up doesn't work.
Can any of you guys help me out? What is the area code I need?

EDIT: Nevermind, I worked it out. I ordered 1x Club Eternia/Club Ecto combo and 1x Club Eternia. Apparantly Digital River can not ship these items together so I had to cancel the Club Eternia and get a new order number for it.
25 minutes on an International call is going to cost me. On a good note, the customer service officer, Lisa, was very nice
