I would cast He-Man first then find out if his girlfriend can act, the actors girlfriend would fit best for Teela.
..I'm personaly sick of agency people forcing actors and actresses together to play love interests.
They are actors. It's their job to pretend they are things they aren't. IF they are unable to do this then they shouldn't be in acting.

I hate these new Hollywood fools. All my favorite actors are dead or two old. If I can break the laws of space and time and sit in the director's chair for this. I'd have somebody like Caroline Munroe as Sorceress.
Wrestlers in movies stink. Unless in a small supporting role. Kane as Trap-Jaw or something would work.
They of course will not cast based upon good acting skills, but by who sells tickets.
HOWEVER....for Teela, I'd say:

There might be better actresses out there, but it will be hard to find someone that more cosely resembles Teela's original plactic version. At least in the face.
