There are soooo many cool figures that could come from obtaining the movie rights. Skeletor's warriors (armored, helmeted men w/ hover boards) would make a terrific two-pack.
i sometimes wish they made a dedicated '87 movie line back in the day ...
but - i guess it would have been weird having both 'styles' on the shelves (original toy-like style vs. new concept movie style) ... the character appearance differences for he-man, skeletor etc. were so different that sanctioning/producing this would have been almost impossible i guess ...
plus, i guess MOTU was on the wane on the popularity scale pretty much during and after 1987 on the whole ...
it certainly wasn't with me anyway! ...
1987 Skeletor please. Regular first. God version can come later.
Movie rights would be almost as good as finally getting Shadow Weaver and Scorpia. I hope it is one of the 4 announcements.

for a move-themed skeletor i would want black cloth with a 'velvet' effect - assuming using real velvet material would be too costly ...
that Skeletor is truly a thing of Beauty! Wow! we can only dream of a sculpt like that.
