Here's my Teela, well, in fact she is the original Teela ever, a warrior-woman who fight like a demon "possessed by the spirit of her warrior ancestors", some sort of a berzerker-woman.

And the savage Beast-man, always figured him out as the strongest of Skeletor's minion, strong enough to make He-man have a real fight whit him.

No way, let's dump the whole "father figure" concept, MAA is no old man, he's a crusty warrior, the top master of weapons in Eternia, what He-man does whit brute strenght he makes up whit his combat skill. And his arsenal of weapons of course...and definitely no mustache!

Mer-man in my own MOTUverse is the Starscream of the Evil Warriors, he's a king and he's very powerfull, but not enough to overthrow Skeletor, so he follows him and waits for his chance.

My Zodac is very similar to COTUworld's, an immortal cosmic enforcers who guards that the conflict between good and evil don't spreads beyond Eternia. He's really powerfull but as he'll never let Skeletor be king of Castle Grayskull, so he'll oppose every one else, even He-man, no more the great wars will start again...

The king and champion of Avion initially made a deal whit Skeletor to make sure his kingdom would never suffer from an evil warriors invasion, but then Skeletor attacks him to take one half of the Power Sword from the peak of Avion and he sees his mistakes. Now he's one of the closest He-man ally.

No falcon-lady in my MOTUverse, althrough I find her really sexy, this green cobra lady is the Sorceress of Grayskull, and secretly, the mother of Teela.

Tri-klops is my all time favourite evil warrior, his debut in his first minicomic is good for me but whit his origin I'd go furter. As most of you know, initially he was supposed to be a good guy but he went out among the villains, as I see it, he was an heroic warrior, the best swordman in Eternia, but he was blinded in battle and his hate for his former side grew up until he was healed whit that visions helmet and thus became a bounty-hunter for hire.

Same for ol' Trap-jaw, a villain from another planet is a good version for me, but what appened before? Someone have good ideas?

Yeah, Faker is a real Bad @§§, Skeletor made him whit a shred of He-man life-force, but also gave him a taste of his own, makin' Faker a wikked version of his worst enemy.
Among all his minion, Faker is the only one Skeletor trust in full, but maybe the robotic-clone is growing too self aware...

Evil-lyn is the most powerfull of Skeletor minion, still she is no match for her master so she stay quiet in Skeletor service.
Skeletor needs her because her magical skills are more finalized than his own (just like Hordak and Shadow-weaver) but in matter of sheer power he outmatches her in his worst day.

...or this one? Personaly the red and green is my favourite but I know someone disagree. The minicomic version of Ram-man are good, a true-hearted warrior a little too barbaric, whit problem controlling his own brute strenght, I like him...

Always hated the whole concept of my favourite barbarian hero is in reality a purple and pink dressed, fake coward, Clark Kent like peepsqeak prince of my ###, but I admit he could be a real good character if separated from He-man, so I figured him out as the prince of a far kingdom allied whit the heroic warrior, an easy-going guy whit some sword skills, a knight whit a shining smile who make Teela arguing about her relationship whit He-man...

Many people thinks Mekaneck is only a lame neck-shtretcher, things allowed by his portrayal in the many canon. Here is my hint, he is some sort of a scout, a marine-like soldier patroling the more dangerous territory, armed whit his club and an advanced computer armor whit sight-enanching device. In a fiery battle he is shot in the back and left for dead but the armor self repair device merge the component of the armor whit his bones giving him a metallic endoskeleton and his well known shtretching neck and advanced vision power...much better, isn't it?

Buzz-off is good the way he is in the original grafich version, but the MYP attitude is the best to make him a real good character.

One of the thoughest, MYP did a shamefull work on his personality, in the Filmation canon he was one of the more cunning Skeletor's minion, the idiot of the 200x is not worth talking of.
Galaxy Warrior did a full range of really cool custom action-figures on him.

Yeah, Whiplash is strong and bad, like Clawful his endeavion was ruined in the 200x cartoon, a tough guy like him deserve a toughest attitude!

He is the smart guy of the bunch, here the MYP creative did a very good job making him more cunning and vicius than ever, a real dangerous foe.
