Good enough for me, I think! I wasn't going to do it originally, since I don't like the idea of boiling figures, but I like your idea of using the hair dryer. Your pic with his wings fixed convinced me.

Great reviews, though I couldn't disagree more on 200X Stratos. :sklol:
Keep up the great work.
To add to the convo on another matter:
I realize the 4H are sticking to the orignal 8-backs, but one feature that really made the 200X Stratos stand out was his toes. It wasn't quite the clawed-feet of Beast Man, nor was it the sock-feet of the original, I felt it made him more unique. He was more flying-ape-man than an ordinary flying-ape (if that's ordinary heh).
Still waiting on my MOTUC Stratos to arrive, but I'm trying to stay positive about the sock-feet.
On my figure, one wings twists, the other one is stuck in place.
My Mer-Man review is up!

gO POE!!!! LOL love the reviews !
Another great review, Poe! Keep up the great work with these!!
That's an extensive, accurate review of Mer-Man.
Good stuff.
Added my Zodac review!
Great review there! I always love how you adress each figure's strengths, but their weaknesses as well. That's far more insightful and reflective than the usual "here's a new figure and it's awesome" reviews from other sources. Can't wait for more!
I love the Zodac review. I agreed with everything, although I would have given him a 3 out of 5 for his intangibles. There's just something about this figure I like.
Same here. The first pics of Zodac actually put me off of this line at first; I loved the 200X design so much that it was a shock to see such a simplistic design come back. I did warm up to him, though, and then actually getting him in my hands brought in that wave of nostalgia that reminded me that he was one of my favorites back in the day (I always had him flying around Castle Greyskull). Other than the nostalgia, though, for some reason I'm just happy with 'em. Much more than I thought I would be, anyway.
As for the review: Great, as always! I love the look into the character as well as the figure; I never knew about the New Gods connection (of course, I barely know anything about the New Gods).
On a side note: I just noticed the "add a comment" dude is Soaron! Total props for the Captain Power reference (that toyline and show needs a revival too!)
Love the reviews, keep em coming!
Your reviews and your site are great, Poe! Thanks for sharing, and definitely keep them coming!

Added Man-At-Arms review. Despite the best attempts of my friend who attended all five days of SDCC, he was unable to get me a He-Ro before it sold out, so it looks like it'll be a few more weeks on that one...assuming I can even get one off Mattycollector.
Good review. The armor is incredible. The only thing I'm worried about when I get this guy is the paint apps... Why does it have to feel like Russian Roulette everytime I order a figure? Thanks for posting!
