I am!! Stonedar & Rokkon used to be among my Top 5 favourite heroes (together with Moss-Man, Fisto and Sy-Klone) back in the 80s! I'm so looking forward to getting a redesign of them!! :hmgrin:

I am too. I used to have Stonedar when I was a child.
Those are the figures I am waiting MOST anxiously. It would be a dream come true to see them re-done. :hmgrin:
To be honest, not really. I had them, but didn't really play with them. They were too floppy for me. If that can be fixed, maybe somewhat like the custom done by MOTUspawn, I could be down with that.
Meh, I`ll buy them if they are made but they are not crucial elements to MOTUC, Theres a ton of other I`d like to see made before those 2 Transformers wannabe`s lol or were they Go Bot wanna be`s?:hmshift::hmlol:

Yes!! I loved the Rock People! I can't wait to see MotU Classics versions of the two!
stonedar is in my top 3, along with spikor and modulok. very much looking forward to them!!
I am. As I've mentioned a couple of times, I really want to see some characters who didn't get a figure in the 200X line, my Stonedar looks a bit small next to my MOTUC and 200X figures!:hmlol:

At least we've heard ToyGuru at least mention the rock people for the new line. I doubt they were even considered at all for the 2002 relaunch.
As for the female Rock Warrior-
Filmation gave us Granita.
BUT, the mini-comics did indeed show a female rock warrior (unnamed and not the same design as Granita in the cartoon), so it's indeed possible that Mattel could churn out a female rock warrior character (but is it likely?).
I was thinking the exact same thing the other day! Wouldn't it be cool to have 3 Rock Warriors? Granita would be a very cool and different female figure than say Teela and Evil-Lyn. Fingers crossed!Quote:

Unfortunately Granita is not an option. If they put out a female rock warrior, she'll definitely have a different name cause the one that shows up in the mini-comic never got named.
I hope they make her though. I feel the Rock warriors need her. Thanks to Filmation only having Stondar and Rokkon in the collection will feel kind of incomplete.

Besides her design on this comic is pretty cool. I'd be fine with that. Don't know about you.

I wouldn't mind them, but way after some better ones.
Snap-On Rock armor would totally rocks BIGTIME! It won't even bother the awesome articulation that way!
And maybe we'll get Granita this time around! :hmgrin:
I love the rock doods, and I would really like to see them. I think they are a great example of the uniqueness that makes motu what it is.
At least one of 'em, and I kinduh like Rokkon, but Stonedar is col too.

I remember getting the Rock People while vacationing in San Diego as a kiddo. (We went sailing on Mr. Caselli's boat and I also got a Pound Puppy-I named him Doozer.) The snap-on armor is a nifty idea, too. Man, I want Rock People STAT!
I'd like Granita too, and Jewelstar, and that female rock warrior in the minicomics. Heck, that's 3 female rock warrior characters for one body! Hopefully Mattel will make these soon.
I never had stonedar so he's okay I guess but I had rokkon and can't wait to get him updated. I also am curious to see a female rock warrior in the line at some point.
