Well, Flash did reform in the comic books. He and Peter ended up being friends after high school and into their adult lives.

The Drowned World by J.G. Ballard, though won't be reading it just yet as I'm still working my way through a collection of short stories by Shirley Jackson ("The Lottery" is terrifying)
Star Wars - Knight Errant Vol. 2 Deluge
Sexual Homicide Patterns and Motives by Robert Ressler

Got this yesterday, for after I'm done reading Odd Apocalypse. Which I haven't started reading yet, since I'm just finishing rereading People of the Earth.
But I'm glad that the real Star Trek novels didn't end once that JJ Abrams' abomination came out. :)

The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown. I've really become a fan of that series.
Odd Apocalypse by Dean Koontz. Book four in the Odd Thomas series.
Crystal Lake Memories: The Complete History of Friday the 13th. The enhanced Ebook on iTunes. I already had the hardback, but the enhanced version also has video and audio clips, as well as treatments, scripts, all kinds of goodies embedded in the thing. I had to have it.
I bought four at once, not very entertaining though: human anatomy, anatomy lab book, chemestry, and chemestry lab book, yay for college text books. It'll be a while before I read for entertainment.
The Map of Time by Felix J Palma
Just got White Trash Cooking II Recipes for Gatherin's in the mail...great recipe's and even greater anecdotes within.
The Dark Knight Rises novelization by Greg Cox.:hmwink:
I got the DK Batman, Avengers and Spiderman encyclopedias. I admit, I'm not much of a reader of books, but I do like the encyclopedias.
Talon of the Silver Hawk - Raymond E. Feist
King of Foxes - Raymond E. Feist
Prince Ombra - Roderick Macleish
Reaper Man - Terry Pratchett
The Klingon Bird Of Prey "Haynes" Manual. It's a total nerd item that I'll never read in any depth.. it's just beautifully presented and looks nice on the shelf.
Busta toons flimation book.
I liked the things about the episodes that I didnt know. But other then that wasnt really impressed with the format. Or opinions expressed.
I'll have to agree with you there. Every time I read one of the episode reviews and saw the score, I cried "WHAT?"... Virtually all my favourites were given 5 out of 10 or under... I commend the research and time that's gone into the book, but I just didn't understand why the cartoon was being treated like a piece of classic literature for grown-ups. It was a very warm, engaging & charismatic children's series, nothing more
After collecting all the books in the Fighting Fantasy series, I've recently turned my attention to another series of books that I enjoyed as a youth: Choose Your Own Adventure. I recently acquired 2 books in the series, The Lost Jewels of Nabooti (#10) and The Secrets of the Pyramids (#19).
