Now we just need to figure out why. If there is a why.
If anybody has any of the previous outer boxes with all the stickers on, can you see if there is anything differently marked?

I thought the white mailer sack may explain it since it has no visable value on it, and is just passed rather than opened. But people have also recieved shipments just in the box, with the $50 declarion there for all to see. So maybe it could be to do with the port in Germany they are being sent through and are then forwarded on and being detected as being shipped from within the EU, which doesn't get us customs charges. Who knows though, I think we have to play it by ear month to month and keep hoping for the best.

Ive torn up and thrown away the box now, but Im pretty sure the mail on the move parcels always came via Germany. It is probably just still hit and miss.. I got all my SDCC stuff through with no customs charge, which arrived in the white mailer sack, minus Plastic man, who then arrived seperately with a £30 customs charge on him (which I refused and had sent back to mattel)
I'm a little torn on him to be honest :hmsad: His head is too small for his body! It's the same size as his arm and looks kinda odd :hmroll: I'm noticing this is a 4H trait to make heads inproportionate to the body on a lot of figures they sculpt :hmsad: He looks odd next to Adora, when her head is bigger than his! I had the same problem with the Prince Adam figure.....Quote:

Yay. Got my subx2 stuff today. Unfortunately it was abandoned by my bins with a parcel card through the door saying as much. Not exactly secure. :(
Good news is that obviously there was not a custom charge even though the white mailer bag of awesomeness was not present. The outside of the box was marked as $100.
Loving Preternia He-man a lot more than I thought I would. The cosmic key is epic. I have him displayed with the blaster as I figure he might not use the power sword openly in the past in order to protect his identity.
Bow I like but was not over the moon with. He actually impressed me more when I displayed him alongside She-ra. The gold and red on both characters actually looks pretty cool.
Shadow Beasts are just monstrous. Marzo is a real threat on my shelf now!

Yep, the sub is here, just picked it up yesterday - white mailer bag (although not what I was expecting) consealed any value indication :-) Matty - or should I say DR - good job! :-D
My order had tags on it to indicate it came through Germany and France.
Although it arrived in a sack, rather than a box.
In fact Bow was in his white mailer, in a box, inside another box, inside a sack. Mattel shipped a lot of extra cardboard this month!
The only time I've had a mailer bag was when I ordered two Battle Cats (on the first release) and I'm pretty sure it was a blue mailer bag.
Still not got my second Sub order here, so it might of been caught by customs :hmsad:
Anybody in Scotland received the February sub stuff yet? I got Keldor last Friday and that must have been sent at roughly the same time. I'm starting to worry about customs charges now.
