I just got a lot of Mini comics from EBay for $25. There were 20 total but included these rare 8-backs "without" the starburst. I had been searching forever for the He-Man and the Power Sword mini without the starburst to really complete my set, now I got 4 of them. I couldn't even find a picture of one anywhere. These are condensed versions of the originals and are in German, not sure why they were in Alabama though, lol. The other comics in the lot were just common but these are well worth the $25 since some sell for $10-20 each at times.

Today I discovered a local indoor flea market/consignment shop had a case full of loose original series figs for $5 each. I scored Buzz Saw Hordak, Grizzlor, Leech, King Hiss, Tung Lashor and Rattlor. No weapons but all the armors were there and all in great shape. I'll probably go back tomorrow and get Extendar since I've had time to regret not getting it today... :sklol:

She came in the mail today. Yellow bubble, Crispy card w/1 crease on the lower left & "Tale of Teela Mini Comic"

Picked her up from and ebay contact. (:

I snagged it before she was listeddddddd. Like you've never done it.:hmwink:

fairly cheap also. I think.

I just snatched up a Spikor MOC on the Bay.
Apparently he comes directly from a dead grandma's closet,
she bought him back then, and forgot about it.

Has a somewhat 'backbend' card, though.
I will surely post pics on arrival!

I'm so excited - I've been wanting this for ages!

Why is the grandmas closet story, the story Ive heard the most relating to MOTU figures.

My grandma died 10+ years ago, time to go visit grandpas closet.

FAKER II

Flying Fists He-Man for $3 at a thrift shop.

I successfully managed to crack his torso and waist apart quite nicely. I’ll be using his waist and legs along with a regular He-Man torso, arms, and head to make a custom Wun-Dar (the mysterious He-Man variant formerly known as “Savage He-Man”). I know the waist piece isn’t exactly the right shade of brown and his feet are much bigger but this way he’ll have actual leg joints.

Really Nice pickup! I was watching that to see what it would go for. I'm not into the giftsets but that one is my favorite and it's in awesome condition.
