Yep. I would love to get some of these.....

Skelecons placed very well in Round#1 of the .Org's official 2016 character polling season, finishing in the top 5 of Poll#2 and advancing to Round#2 next week! Show them your support and help bring Skelecons to Classics!
Skelecons by Leo Aquino. Custom heads and knives by Zombihamma.
Whoa, hell yeah!!!
Why did I not see this thread before?
Absolutely some of my most wanted. We need more army-builder worthy bad guys like these. I'd buy a dozen!
Really glad the see the Skelcon's in the new mini-comic, and really hope we can get firgures of them.
Axel explained on FB that the different types are called the 'common Skelcon' and the 'winged Skelcon', and that it was Scott's idea to do a winged version.
I really like the winged version but I'm glad they also included the original unwinged version.
I hope we can get a two pack army builder of then, one winged one unwinged.
I was also think what other display options this two pack could come with and found this picture of a Skelcon with crossbone armor. Would be nice to include this removable crossbone armor to have one of your Skelcon's as a commander or general.
Where do I sign up?
Skelcons would be cool to have. I'm in favor of these in the line.
I would buy a few...
ehh........i'd vote no. they look some really under-dressed wannbe cult / satan worhippers in a fetish porn or something...Just too ..weird. Not to offend but that is just what comes to mind.
So I think the most realistic way to release Skelcons (i.e., without them becoming eternal pegwarmers) would be either as single-carded figures, or in a 2-pack with another army-builder (and for the latter I think the Grayskull Sentry would be the ideal companion, since these are also Ladybird book characters, and they are Heroic; thus both complementing and balancing the Evil Skelcons).
Either way, they can include the wings (which in any case should be removable, just like those of Draego-Man and Lord Dactys) and the crossbone armor as accessories, since in principle neither the Skelcons nor the Grayskull Sentry would need alternate heads or other accessories.
These would be rad-- and they could use the mold twice for an army builder two-pack so that's good for Matty. The only new parts would be a new head, armor, and loincloth. I haven't seen the new mini comic but I'd imagine the Draego Man wings would work. What else? Oolar's spear??
There's your plan right there, matty. Let's go.
Eating humble pie!
Have to admit - was never a big fan of the look of the Skelcons from the Ladybird books. But the customs we've seen of these characters (I've not seen the mini-comic representation) is absolutely awesome. MOTUC is clearly the optimal format for representing these warriors.
I agree with the idea that these be single carded army builders, with removable wings for maximum display options. I would probably display 10 of these guys, if released.
Most of my childhood He-Man lore came from the Ladybird books so I've always loved the Skelcons. Not convinced wings are a necessary addition, so making them removable is a (very easy to achieve) must.
Id love some of these guys.... Much cooler than the tin cans/w weed-whacker hands were about to get...:hmlol::hmlol:
Just seen this thread, I grew up with the Skelcons too and would seriously geek out if we ever got these. I loved the Ladybird books growing up.
I was very happy to see skelecons in the mini.
I did not forget that alot of appearances in the minicomics are to if nothing else, supply art for bios if/when these got toys. I see it as very promising that they are referenced for the future, even if it never comes to be.
At least Mattell has these on the table.
I definitely think Skelecons would be the real most needed likely and right choice for an army builder 2 pack at this point, and probably always.
Thanks for posting that art 13977. That's my first look at the Skelcons with wings and they look great that way too!
Yes, Skelcons (w/ optional wings), Horde Wraiths and Slime Pit Bone Warriors are all on my army-builders must-have list!
Skelcons for 2016! Easy low tooling figures who looks awesome - it will be nice to have some proper sword and sorcery type of characters again without all the tech and gadgets.
What about mixed army builders, like for example a 2-pack of a Skelcon and a Horde Wraith? That way people who don't necessarily want 2 of the same figure can get different army builders while those who want more of each character still have the option of buying more.
