I show my support for BattleRam and all the other vehicles. I did not have them as a kid and I would like to buy them now for my MOTUC collection.
Just this part please:
Looks okay, but I personally would prefer a Wind Raider. I never had the Battle Ram.
I just peed my pants.
WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is a thing of Awesome! I sooo hope that gets made.:hmeek::hmeek::hmeek::hmeek:
I'm very glad they made the whole thing, and not just the 'jet sled'. It may be expensive, but they did it right.
Thatīs the best from the Con!!! I want it so hard!
After I asked if that was made by them or in-house by Matty designers, the Horsemen had this to say;
"That's ours. We created that to present to Mattel just to see what the possibilities of doing a vehicle might be. Like it? Let Mattel know & you may get it!
So, make your voices heard people and we'll get this and probably a whole lot more!
Here's some more shot's of the BR taken by Izdawiz, our "official" SDCC corespondent over at the 4H's website (FantasticExclusivedotcom), who actually got to put his grubby mits on it! Thanks Izzy!
Great pictures, thanks for sharing!
That is a fine piece of sculpting they've done.:hmeek:
This vehicle is just awesome! I'll be definately getting one, so please Mattel concider producing this. And if you do - please concider offering both the complete Battle-Ram and the Sky Sled as a separate product on Mattycollector.com. I know I'd buy one Battle-Ram and two extra skysleds for my Royal Guards if that was possible. :)
I had assumed since they announced a vehicle for next year this baby was it. This HAS to get made. It is by far the thing that got me most excited from SDCC. It is amazing!
MAN, I hope we get that! Looks expensive, but I'll pay it! I never had one of those when I was little, so I'd very much like to get one now.
I love the 4 horse men for doing this. Lets get a Ram-man mock up next year. I perfer vehicals over obscure characters any day of the week. I would definatly buy this, provided I get it before it sells out.
I didn't see it mentioned in another post. In the 80's the characters tended to only have 1 hand on it. So I'm wondering - if they did make this - would the characters be able to hold on to each side of it?
I love that sculpt even I never care Battle Ram. I canīt wait to see a Dragon Walker or Talon Fighter!!!
Those pics are awesome!! This has me really excited, I hope they make it.
And next would be the Land Shark -- my favourite MOTU vehicle
AWESOME !!!!!!!!!!! YES !!! WE WANT IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!! :hmeek:
That's great BUT I would have prefered it to be more detailed... and/or with a better paint job.
I'm not totally convinced by this test-vehicle but that's a good start.
knock..knock! Excuse me? Where can i buy this please? I can not wait a year for this!
P.s.I love the sooted paint!!!
woooow this battle-ram is amazing . I imagine the size of that thing with motuc scale, enormous.
oK, SO REGARDING THAT QUOTE:
Yeah, SURE it's just theirs LOL :hmroll:
Just like the He-Man prototype was just their random pitch... ok, well, maybe it sort of was, but please, Mattel announced that 2011 would have a vehicle in the 4th quarter.
This thing is WAY too perfect to be a mock up. It's definitely at least a test shot.
They want our feedback again. They are ridiculous this way (Mattel). They don't have to pay us to be their focus group. They just post a pic or leak a rumor or whatever, and we do all the work for free.
I said before that I wouldn't pay more than $50.
Well, now I won't pay more than $40, and Suggest you ALL strongly voice that as well. Just because this looks super cool doesn't mean it's more expensive to produce than Gygor... in fact it's probably less expensive to produce. It's two pieces (plus the canon thing).
Personally, I love it, but would rather have seen the thing redesigned a tiny bit so that the back resembled the one in the mini-comic (you can see it in the cave when the Goddess first introduces He-Man (Oo-Larr) to his weapons, and then later when Man-At-Arms comes driving to He-Man's house).
We need to start being a bit more astute when it comes to this kind of feedback. The 4H aren't going to display a finished test shot without Mattel's knowledge or approval lol.
That being said - BRING ON GRAYSKULL!!!
Build it and we will buy it Mattel!
I have to say the 4 horseman have the coolest job ever. I mean creating these things just for the fun of it, has to be awesome.
