Hi Burtonnut, I know a seller on the bay and he had again 2x Netossa carded for sale (but not listed at the min) let me know if you are interested and I will provide you the nickname, I already bought 2x Netossa carded from him the last 2 weeks and he is selling them at $160 around + shipping.
Crap! Too rich for my blood.
But thank you though.
It goes something like this
pH6 that poster is wicked cool. What did it come with originally?
Recently won a complete She-ra board game with box from 1985 for $27 shipped. Should arrive today or tomorrow. Don't know if I got a deal or not. I couldn't find any recent sales, and it was the only one for sale I could find.
This is my latest score! I'm gonna start painting her soon.
Here she is painted!
I was going to post She-Ra and the Golden Goose -book...but I don't think it's not right with that! ^ :caeek:
Wow some really cool stuff in this thread! :D
Which sadly makes deciding what to buy for my very first vintage POP item even harder. Oh well having all that cool stuff out there to collect is a good problem!
Leanig toward Peekablue, Glimmer, Mermista or Catra.... or some cels...or that bust... lol see my problem? My eyes are too big for my wallet.
Well, I have managed to get my hands on another PoP animation cel, again it is of Glimmer (seems to be very common), I have my eye on another, but I'm not too sure, as it is merely a back-view of Glimmer going into one of their bases tents....
Anywayz, here is my current purchase:
I just got the "She-Ra Collector's Inventory - Unofficial Guide" so I can look into what I need for my collection.....I know it isn't an official pub, but very cool and very informative, and vintage POP.
One Enchanters' Eve -book and the puzzle of a huge skull and Adora, with the poster.
Just got Scratchin' Sound Catra in the mail yesterday:
I've never seen a MOC Bubble Power She-Ra (envious!)!
The both european versions I pictured are also slighty different between them (pink background is more darker on one and some minor variations are on the figures, clearely a 1rst edition and a reissue, both are, of course, made in Taiwan)
Very nice! Thanks for including the pix - really neat to see the differences! And it's great to get some idea of the original hairstyle - I'll have to see if I can duplicate that.
The Bubble Power She-Ra I have is cobbled together with bits from lots. I still don't have the sword or the bubble gun. But someday - I'll have one complete!
Also about the original hairstyle, here is a picture to help you:
There are some differences between these hairstyles (the one from previous post and these)...which one is the original? :hmconf:
both images from:
Thx for these pictures Mantisaur82, probably a difference between 1rst and 2nd Edition :hmconf:
I know just that the one I pictured was coming from an european card and the hairstyle was like that never modified (minus the elastics removed).
Thanks for the additional pics, TOKYONEVER and Mantisaur82! I will get started right away getting the hair right!
TOKYONEVER, I'd love to buy that bubble gun from you...I'll PM you, and thanks!
