This is my favorite cameo character on Filmation's Masters of the Universe. I've thought that if Filmation becomes possible, that he would make an amazing figure.

He has the butterfly/human male appearance, but he started off looking more insectoid. If they did a figure of him, they might could find a way to make a "morphing" figure where you can change out a few pieces and add the wings to create the more well known, post-transformation GARTH.

Is anyone else a fan of Garth? :hmgrin:

***Edit: I'm not sure who did this rendition of him in the pic above, but they really showed how AWESOME he could be. Filmation's version was not as detailed!

Of course i want him. He appeared in 2 episodes! Definitely needs some 4H update, but he is a cool character to have.

He rarely gets mentioned during Filmation discussions....:hmsad:

I want him in the line, but I want him to have a cooler name.

It would be cool if his "Real Name" were "Garth," but his toy name were something else.

They could reuse the wings for Flutterina.

Maybe they should do the "Toy Randor/Toy Marlena" thing and just sort of get the insectoid look correct.

After I saw him, I actually tried to look for his figure way back then. Of course after a while, I realized they didn't made one! :hmsad:

I like Garth the way he is represented in the opening post. He looks great, and could make a wonderful MOTUC figure ! :tegrin:

Once there's a deal between Classic Media and Mattel to release Filmation MOTUC figures, that is... :hmshift:

I really liked him and i really do hope he´ll get his chance of becoming an action figure!!!

I think I agree with most here. re usable parts for PoP wings, with some buzz off parts,


Garth is easily THE MAN!


He is a 3rd wave Defenders of Eternia guy for me...... has to be!

I like his butterfly man form a lot. I'd buy him.

What episodes is he from? I really am not as familiar with him and with his designs, you'd think he'd be more memorable. I'd definitely want a butterfly version.
