Transformers Checkers,, another good use of my Masters chessboard.
..they transform when crowned.
I have resently reloaded some of my storyboard pictures in my albums, as apparently one of them was displaying out of sequence.
Also I added these cover or posterboard images too, that do little to capture the awesomeness of what these movies would look like if made right.

Some people I know have often said that I should try 3D digital modeling instead of stop-motion.
Here's some stuff I did.

..mostly I think this CG thing is difficult and never looks as 'real' as your effort deserves.:hmroll::teeek::tegrin:

..Any requests?
In this I modeled two things that I made up in my storyboards, Travel Prisms and RockFlowers.
..Trolans can transport themselves around easily if they know where 'there' is, so never do a disappearance trick at a party without a Travel Prism in your hat.
..Blood magic and crystalin magic are big ethical indifferences on Eternia, but it is estimatable that the two are conected somehow, which is likely part of the ecco system, like in the odd unnatural growth of flowers out of rocks.

The point is to see if I can do 3D modeling, Im just learning now.
Enlightenment may not have anything to do with it.
..still waiting to see someone say something nice on this site.
Paul,
Hey there. You're learning to model in CG. That's cool. So what program are you using? How long have you been modeling? I'm a Maya guy myself.
Dagar's post might be a little rough in his tone and questioning but he does raise a good point? What exactly are your trying to convey? I guess what I mean is, you have this post about storyboarding a movie, then you switch it out with stop motion songs with action figures, then start CG modeling, I'm guessing, based on that fan fiction. Then you ask for requests. Do you mean from your own story or just in general? If it's a new topic to show off your models maybe it should be a new post. It's a little confusing. I think people are unsure of how to respond to you. It's sort of like you've taken two or three topics and put then in a blender and hit puree.
Is this idea something you're looking to do professionally? Are you trying to sell the story? If so, you need be aware that without an agent or prior screenwriting credentials you're going to be hard pressed to get anyone to take you seriously as a writer. Most studios do not accept unsolicited scripts. Remember too, that your story is a little unconventional, even by standard MOTU mythos. With the 80's song references and divergent story lines it might be a tough sell, even in Hollywood. For fan fiction it's definitely unique.
Some he-fans may be turned off by the musical sequences similar to the often maligned fanfic "Grayskull Tales" (I think that was the name). It featured a musical sequence to "Total Eclipse Of The Heart" sung by the sorceress and her lover who was the ultimate Marty-(Mary)-Sue character. The author of that piece made some outrageous claims, if memory serves me well. MOTU has such a storied mythos that people will always agree to disagree over what should or should not be "canon". Everyone will always have his or her unique take on He-man and his world. Even if the big budget picture in Hollywood ever gets out of development hell you can be guaranteed it will not please everyone.
If you're interested in becoming a storyboard artist, you're really going to need to get some fundamentals down. Storyboards convey the action but also camera movement. To work as a S.B. artist you really have to be good at both. This means conveying exactly what the director and production crew need and want to see. That means you have to be able to really visualize a world quickly. Drawing is the key either digitally or in traditional methods. I would recommend getting some books on human anatomy. If you can draw the human body correctly, you can draw anything. I would start there. Not the most exciting thing to do, but it really does matter. Once you learn the basic planes, curves, and anatomy of the human body, this will help improve your modeling skills as well. Everything else is technical expertise on how to use the program.
Remember that when you post your work publicly people will be critical. This is something you have to accept as an amateur or professional artist. You must have a thick skin and roll with the punches. Human beings look and interact with other humans all day long for most of our lives. As such, we are trained to know when we perceive something that doesn't look right or pleasing to our eyes. Many times people lack the communication skills or the knowledge to say the right thing. They mean to say, "hey, the proportions and anatomy of your model look a little off", but what comes out is, "that looks terrible". People don't always know how to be critical constructively.
Lastly, if it's just fan fiction, just post it and enjoy. If you feel that passionately about your story and want to indulge your inner Spielberg, why don't you make it into a fan film? You've already got the animation started and a script. Then all you need are some friends for voice actors, some music, sound effects, and viola! I hope this has been encouraging to you and keep plugging away at what you love.

So many questions.
Well Ive only been 3D modeling in Blender for a month, so I dont feel I could know the differences in Maya.
Also I do not feel that my movies could be made outside of the big network of Hollywood, although they are not looking for me, I think.
..is an agent expencive??
Glad to hear that you read/tryed to read my storyboards. Did you see the youtube versions?
The music is as it should be excactly. I could have put in some easily unnoticable music in there, so as to keep ones mind on the images and story, but that would be a lie.
My best plan and hopes in the long run are to make the best movies ever made, then watch media change its form, then use my influences in education and government to run for supreme leader of the planet, and finally to make huge changes to the world, all for the better.
..still waiting.:hmtung:

..in my drawings in my storyboards I always drew her as a snakelady, although in a movie it may be only a short scene where it is shown that Skeletor uses magic to make her look more human, loosing his own face in the process.
(I did this to emphasize the importance of that character structure throughout the boards.)
