As a Filmation MOTU fan, I have him as part of the Great Rebellion, as that was how I learned of him.
He's on my second tier POP shelf with the Star Sisters, eagerly awaiting Netossa!!
Snout Spout stands with the other Eternos Firemen/Emergency workers.
Thus still being on Eternia, I guess he's with the "Masters".
The Masters without a doubt IMO.
