Which colour scheme do you want Spinwit/Tornado to have in MOTUC?

Personally I'm not a fan of the toy colours and would much prefer the cartoon colours.
I'd also like to see him come with a second cartoon actuate, helmetless head.

I voted cartoon of course but I was thinking... if the arms and legs of the toy matched each other regardless of whether it was the orange or the pink they went for, it would look better because its the arrangment that flows.

Ooh that was a tough one. I voted vintage, because I like the brightness- in NA he seemed really muted and mustardy-looking, not a fan of that. I will say though, like Iceman pointed out, that I like the fact that he matches in the cartoon, whereas the toy colors clash too much (and kinda remind me of how Spector's colors are all over the place and don't mesh well). I feel like if the classic toy had BOTH the arms and legs done in just one of those colors (either the salmon or... is that orange?), then he would look waaay better. All in all I just hope he's kinda shiny and vivid, and not looking so washed-out colors-wise.

I'm really glad to see NA getting some love here in the Classic forums.

I voted toy colors, they make me think of the 80's and Miami Vice. Plus, I will likely, at least once, carry him around the house bothering my buddy saying, "The 80's were GOOD!" in a Macho Man Randy Savage voice. :mmlol:

As long as he is somewhat bright, Icarius/Flipshot is somewhat bright and it works well, I think a fair homage will have been payed to him.

I'm not sure which is more appealing, so I voted toy version... but... I would like to see his red legs be a bit less saturated in color and the orange arms a little darker. A cartoon version of his unhelmeted head would also be a plus.

I voted toy colors. Gaudy, tacky, awesome.

I cant vote because this is another case of overly specific fans. The colours are somewhat different shades, but really they are the same more or less. I dont care, they are the same.

I am hoping this is kinda a joke. I know it is not.

I voted cartoon, but honestly, he should be completely redesigned, colorwise. However, if he were to be all blue, then he would be Flipshot.

they are about the same, but i'll choose the cartoon version.

Truth.

Sometimes I forget how awful the NA color-schemes were; they all look like clown vomit. The cartoon colors are slightly less offensive, but only slightly. Bright colors are fine, asmost of the vintage line had really bright colors, but whereas they had two or three colors, the NA had like five or six clashing colors and just looked terrible. I'd love it if they just made the arms and legs one tone of red with the blue onesy and bronze and silver armor.

The cartoon colors looks more promising, IMO. :hmwink:

Always wanted the figure, but never got the chance to get one. Oh well. :skroll:

Cartoon colors, to me the toy was just too vibrant and I don't think that would transition well in MOTUC

I voted cartoon. I very, rarely prefer cartoon designs of anything over the toys, but this is one of those exceptions. The vintage toy colours are just too much and look eerily similar to the poster version of Tallstar (the one we got in MOTUC). These two need to get an award for most visually offensive colour palette or something. :lol:

finally voted Cartoon as I guess if pressed I would rather have a less vibrant version of the colours.

what is the dif? they aren't that dif at all, really.

That toy looks absolutely awful so it's cartoon colours for me.

This is one of those rare instances where I prefer the muted tones of the cartoon version. The brighter toy colors are fine, they just need to harmonize the arrangement of what colors go where.
