As for the figure, I like it. My own slightest complaint would be the yellow hair. I would have preferred it a green color and moss-like to signify this walking embodiment of Castle Grayskull (if that is what it's supposed to be).
Or if this is another "power-up" of He-Man as a last line of defense when he calls upon the power of Grayskull, then I guess the blonde hair would make a little bit more sense (since this is an armored form of He-Man with the bricks of Castle Grayskull surrounding him and the swords coming to his aid).

Not too crazy about the head, but like the rest. I made a simular shield for my KG.
I might stick a anoter head on it like a faceles one or a nurmal skull head.
Or a King Grayskull head and you have a KG variant.
