Such awesome pics. Thank you for sharing everyone!
It was actually the cover of the third mini - the one with Flying Fists He-Man vs Terrir Claws Skeletor, and She-Ra in a metal bra fighting Horde Troopers ;)lol
When I was considering what to buy, I almost bought that piece, but she I walked over to check the price, it had been sold :(
Had a great time!! It was fun hanging with Brian Ozone and his wife!
They're awesome!
They didn't have multiple prints, just digital prints on canvas (the future of comic book art). So they look like paintings, but they aren't.
Didn't matter to me. It's a charitable donation to an incredibly worthy cause :)
And yes, they had each cover for sale. I bet if you call Toy Tokyo, you might be able to see if they still have that piece available. The He-Ro unleashed print was lot A3 if I remember correctly.
As for Battle Bra She-Ra. Yes! I guarantee that most people who aren't in the MOTUC club would assume that's just a differently outfitted She-Ra.
She's a blonde with a sword fighting the horde and she's with He-Man ;)
The print that I bought the Hordak vs. skeletor came with the original signed art work. Signed by ohare. I'll take a pic of it.
And mr BCRDuke it was a blast being in your presence as well.

So I had a good time at this art show. Most of the prints were quite cool.
I had a chance to chat with Toyguru. He mentioned that he might buy some of the art. When I asked which hotel he was staying at, so I could loot him later, he looked confused. I think he was tired/stressed or both.
He noticed the full bag of TOD Sorceress, and remarked that he was just glad they made it to the art show in time. I was there at 5 PM for the opening, and the Fedex guy just arrived with the figures, so they almost didn't.
Anyway, my friend and I thanked him for bringing us the MOTUC line which-despite all the hassles, bs, and Digital River--is still the best action figure line of all time.
He thanked us, I told him to have a good time at NYCC, and we left.
He does seem like quite a nice guy when you talk to him in person.
I am going to try to add the pictures I took, but I've never done so before, so we'll see.

I don't think I can add any more pics. It keeps saying I've exceeded my quota. :hmconf:
lol chris. .i've run into the same problem. it was a pain in the butt uploading a handful of pictures.. as far as Toy Guru is concerned,he has to be very paranoid at times.. j.k. probably stressed, mind going hundred miles an hour i bet. btw what price range were these prints selling at?
I was gonna buy this one as well but the right leg looks awkward (too much of a twist in it) and kind of turned me off from it.

It's one of the ones I was definitely gonna add to the list providing it's still there after the NYCC... :skwink:
I will say I'm glad I jumped at the He-man and He-Ro piece considering it will forever be a momentous one! And if everything goes well I am looking to add maybe 2 or 3 more pieces if they are not gone yet!
I was also able to score 2 autographed Hordak prints (due to the amount of TOD's I bought) in addition to the other 4 and a Johnboy Meyer sketch!
Heres BcrDuke

Just got back from Toy Tokyo earlier today and acquired the Castle Grayskullman painting that is autographed by Johnboy Meyer! I still noticed the King Hsss and the pencil drawings are still available with a few more I quickly glanced at. The show is officially done and Toy Tokyo will be posting the remaining art on their website for sale starting Friday I believe, Sat. the latest!
Cool I can get my painting
I'm really enjoying these pics. Thanks to everyone for posting!
Is the artwork being sold all prints or is there any original art? Meaning the actual original and not something that's been copied and made into a print. I realize a good portion of the art is most likely digital and therefore prints would be the only option for purchase, but I'm just curious if any of it was done via traditional media (i.e., on board or canvas) and then made available for sale.
