I would give a photo, but don't know how.
Here's how I do it.
Step 1: Find photo
Step 2: Right Click the photo and select Properties
Step 3: In the properties window, highlight and copy the address
Step 4: Start your post here and select the "Insert Image" icon
Step 5: Choose the "From URL" tab and paste the copied address. Also I uncheck the "Retreive file locally" box
BTW here's a photo of Lena Headey. She's my second favorite out of everyone who's been mentioned in this thread.

A thousand times yes to Lena Headey. Plenty of fanboy points and likely within budget.
We already have a casting thread. . .
I don't see anyone with an Academy Award portraying Evil-Lyn so I will not list them but I think Theron would be a great choice. My picks would have to be Lena Headey or... (and I know this is a long shot) Sasha Gray.

I've heard she has dropped her porn career and has started trying to get into serious acting.
Some great ideas have been put forward regarding Evil Lyn.
Dear God, not Bridgette Nielson! That woman's acting skills makes the Twilight series look Oscar worthy!
I am trying to think of potential candidates myself, but can we please avoid the usual cheesecake actresses that are in their 20's and noted more for their sex appeal rather than screen talent? I always envisioned Evil-Lyn as being older, mid thirties to early forties. Not some 20 year old something.
Natasha Henstridge comes to mind.

Or possibly Tamara Gorski:

I think the majority of us would agree that Evil Lyn should be an older, sinister woman with some serious acting chops, and not some busty little tart. Then again, I'm wrong about alot of things.
"I was so glad to be chosen to play Bad-Gwynn in the Muscles of The Universe movie! Kristen Stewart would have been good for the role too. I can't wait to work with her, she is amazing."
I'm thinking Kate Beckinsale or Lena Headey. Fanboy support is good on both, beauty, budget friendly and acting chops make either choice ideal. But 100 million+ $$$ budget, we may see something with Hollywood stamped all over it. "Hmmm. She's an evil bit**, right? Lets see if we can get Megan Fox...or Kristen Stewart!!"
My #1 choice would be Tilda Swinton.
I would say Lena Headey or Morena Baccarin (Firefly, V). Both would be great!
brigette neilson? you realize she like 7 feet tall and like 50 right ew I'd second katty perry in a heart beat over her for looks alone Evillyn has to be drop dead sexy period. course All the girls in the film have to be drop dead sexy so...of course charlize could play her too .
I've said for years that Uma Thurman would be a perfect Evil Lyn. There's just something about her that I think "works". As cheesy and awful as Batman &Robin was, Her portrayal of Poison Ivy was spot on, and she did "Evil" pretty damn good.
Lizzy Caplan. I could watch her in anything. She doesn't even have to be great. She would look amazing in costume.
Angelina Jolie would be the best fit. Her action movie credentials are fine with me and she has the perfect look for Evil-Lyn.
Milla Jovovich has perfect facial features for Evil Lyn, a great body and she is a pretty good actor.

'John Carter's Lynn Collins
Not a bad choice at all. She would probably have all the Resident Evil fans lining up. It would probably be more entertaining to see the auditions for the MOTU movie than it would the actual final performance.
Are big budget movies still subject to audition processes? Or is it just a matter of selecting A List Celebrity X and B List Celebrity Y and Veteran Actor G and sticking them in a chosen role? Maybe open auditions are more a television series thing. I think most movies are hand selected by the directors and producers.
