Looking for Marvel Legends 2012 Deadpool (Red Version)

I've just been let down by an online seller for a Red/Chase Deadpool from the 2012 Marvel Legends.

It was due to be an xmas present for my brother so i'm kind of p****d off

Does anyone have a Red Deadpool they are looking to sell at all?

Is that case out yet? I believe its the revision case. I found a case today that had 2 gray dp, mystique green doom & punisher.
