Good on the kid to be able to play it straight. Though I think they're asking for a heart attack with something like that - it's a pretty neat Halloween prank.
As I recall Brazillians tend to be quite a superstitious lot, so easy to assume most people would be more likely to die of a heart attack.

I must admit that I laughed. However, the child was in great physical danger, while the "victims" could easily suffer a heart attack.
