[Matty Says Stock Coming] TOD Sorceress still says "in proccess" should I be worried?

I ordered TOD Sorceress along with Sir Laser-Lot,Mighty Spector,and Vikor on Monday right when the sale began and I haven't received shipment confirmation either,but my Wednesday purchase of Vykron and Hurricane Hordak is on it's way. :hmroll:

For as much good as it might do, I would definitely call rather than just trying to change it on the site. I don't know if either will actually accomplish anything, but I think your chances might be better if you can find someone who knows what they are doing (which likely means finding the direct number to DR rather than wasting time with the Matty customer service folks. Anyone know if they changed that number so they can hide again?).

Well, I do not live in the U.S. but "overseas". So a telephone call might be a bit expensive.
I tried to contact them using their web form.
If I do not get an answer within a few days I might consider calling them.

I wish they would just get rid of DR/ their crappy shop software.
I had other open (pre-)orders at Amazon and AmiAmi (a Japanese online store)
and changing the payment option for an order was very easy at those stores.
Why has everything to be so difficult at Mattys store :hmsad:?

I dropped TOD Sorceress from my existing order so that the rest of my order could ship and stop being held hostage. Those items shipped out overnight and will be here Tuesday.

My new order of TOD Sorceress is now In process.

My order of Grizzlor and TOD Socrceress is still in process too. :hmsad:

I just got an email saying my TOD Sorceress and King Grayskull shipped, so I'm all good. Not that I was complaining before, I'm patient.

Got my shipping notice for the TOD order. :skgrin:

I just got my confirmation email too, about an hour ago. Same two figures too, by the way. :)

My Temple of Darkness Sorceress has also shipped from Matty.

I ordered it on the first day it was available.
Looking forward to finally being able to balance that giant marble that came with KG.

Got mine today also! It was even canceled due to 'no inventory'...then magically reinstated...which leads me to suspect that they produced more figures to accommodate demand. This leads me to believe that Mattel/DR can re-produce any figures at any time it wants.

In any case, I will have a good Xmas this year! Woohoo!

It's DR, a cancelled order means nothing, besides, it takes longer that a few weeks to fully produce and ship figures from China, it takes at least a month or two with production, assembly, packaging and shipping then sometimes customs holds things up a while....they didn't produce anymore....

I don't think you realize how long production takes. They don't just whip things out in a matter of a week or two; we're talking MONTHS. They've already given an extremely valid reason, one which many of us already figured out before they even said it, but continue to believe whatever you want.

Argh! Still waiting on mine. I think DR hates me.
