Great picture! The background looks amazing!

The samurai inspired armor pieces are a nice touch.

My only problem is, he looks more like i would vision Lizzor to look like, with the scales and the fin on his back... :skwink:

Thank you, especially since i´m normally more static but my style challenge with Pyre, his amazing work inspired me to go out of my comfort zone a bit and i´m trying some new stuff lately :csrgrin:

zargon: interesting take on the character. diggin' the mistycal/demonic vibe;


pyre: great work, dude...totally love the "ancient japan" motif on this guy;

i really like him and the "orcish" look you gave him...and it's still a wip!

I would be for with this, but only if it seems like others are wanting to submit entries but just don't have time due to the holiday season. People may not be entering because of lack of enthusiam regarding New Adventures, Karatti or both...

Monikasvo - Very, very cool! Looks like something out "Heavy Metal" comics, and Hannibal Lecter-like mask is nice touch!

Charlie Brown - Great idea with the horns! I wish I have thought of that! And yes, Jitsu's kama blade works perfectly with Karatti.

Nimrodor - Too much samurai for my taste (never saw Karatti as samurai, so its just me), but very cool design in its own! Keep up the good work!

Niki - F! Yeah! Thank you for showing that NA characters do have cool designs! Yeah the toys were lacking, unfortunately... And keep drawing dynamic poses, you're very good at it!

Zargon - Now, that's kick-ass! Make him a giant and you have perfect antagonist for Procrustus!

Pyre - Very cool, as always!

Your redesign for Karatti looks amazing (even in it´s WIP state) and more spikes, yes keep´em comin´! My favorite part so far are his toe spikes. Very cool idea!

Thought I'd bump this now that we are past the holidays. Can we get a tally of who else out there is planning to submit. Do we need to extend the deadline a bit would that help people? i know its a busy time of year.

Me too :hmgrin: Honestly I wasn't really feeling Karatti, not a lot of images for reference, and people already did something with him that I probably would have done anyway. Teela on the other hand, I already have MY idealized re-design for when she'd become the new Sorceress, and *gasp* still remain a redhead! :teeek:

Ok guys, we'll end this the 10th at 11:59pm. I should have mine done before then. I know there might be a few of you lurking out there with some last minute submissions. Remember not a lot of people have submitted this round so maybe this could be your round to sneak in :-)
