In this thread i will post everyday a little sketch (hopefully).
The sketch is basicly what some may know by the name of "24 hour comic". Due to the lack of time i extend that time and just do one sketch a day in probably five to ten minutes, more i cannot spare. But in the end it should be a 24 page comic. I don't know where this story leads me and that is the fun of it.
So let's begin and i hope you enjoy the little ride:
Well, here is day 2. Just to be clear, this was not made in ten minutes.
HA HA HA
i was amazed and almost in shock when i saw the whole page, i wasn´t expecting it that big and detailed and made in only ten minutes and than i read the note...:sklol::hmwink:
Together it might be 20 to 25 minutes. creating another brush for the snowflakes wich... nobody can really see :)
So you are fast and to be honest, i saw them but i thought they were stars until i looked closer and saw they are on the mountains as well :skwink:
But the dark sky with the moons looked clear to me.
yeah, the compression of the jpeg and the website were it is laying is compressing again, so double compression...
Here is a detail shot. I used two layers, one has a blur on top so it it like out of focus wich doesn't make that much sense because we have a relative clear look at the mountains.
And yes i can be fast, sketching is and making fun stuff rolls way better out of my hand than work on wich i am so nitpicky and costs me hours.
If you check my youtube channel in the signature you can see how fast some stuff goes. I think the Catguy is almost at normal speed, the ones i explain a lot take way longer. Don't know, just check the videos if you want :)
Hahaha Plundor for teh win!!!! :)
I am LOVING this thread MAXX! Very cool idea!
Hehe, well... see next page :)
Thank you very much.
"Mmmhh, Dinner was tasty."
Oh Nooooooo, poor Plundor, no respect:hmlol: Awesome Job!
BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!! And I LIKE Plundor! That made me laugh so hard! Coming along excellently!
Today something different.
On sunday i went to a family gathering, to eat and be together and stuff, so i planned in doing several pages while being there, saving time and stuff. Well, it didn't went to well. Couldn't think so much with all the talk and eating and crowds.
Anyways, this page, the first 2 panels were made in the train, sorry for the wibbely wobbely lines.
I apologize for that aweful looking page, not is the quality of the drawings good, nor is the scan anywere near the quality i wanted. Sadly i have not the time to pluck my monitor in the other computer to scan there, so i had to use the terrible print-scan-machine. And that is the result. I used pencil and copic markers on this page. The copics shading is not entirely visible and not close to what it should look like...
But i hope you enjoy the page:
I am just REALLY loving this! I look forward to the new page each day like a kid at Christmas. Thank you so much :)
This is some funny stuff Maxx
Oh that's great! I love it! Reminds me of what my baby sister would do if she had the money & space for it.
Glad to give you some joy :)
And comments like that are giving me fuel to continue because i was about to stop the project because of the quailty of the images. But if one and obviously some more enjoying it, then i keep going.
@ darrenk2283 and Mistico
Thank you guys.
Day 6, wich was planned as day 7. The planned page was about Adam getting a surprise beating by Teela wich we wouldn't even have seen until the second last panel. The moral of that page would have been, that he should be always on his guard, and then she hops out of the frame in a silly way. But it would have taken to many panels and i wasn't so happy about it.
So we change the scenery again (my favorite page so far), enjoy:
Oh, and what Faceless one is saying in panel 3 is:
"The old gang
wants to hang...
and have their
Hahaha! I love it!
NOOOOOOoooooooooo! Please don't stop! I am REALLY enjoying it! Look forward to it every day!

Well, it is not so welcomed i guess. Thought more people might like it, but the quality and the humor is probably not to everyones liking.
And a probably don't win a vase with the next page.
