Well I'm going to Anime Expo this year!! So I'll have lots of cosplay pictures AND lots of pictures of LA since this is my first time there (and my first out of state con).

I love cosplay! I was planning some new costumes for this year. Previously I have been She-ra, Adora, Emma Frost, Green Lantern Arisia, Black Canary, Susan Storm and Electra Woman.

Two halloweens ago I did go as the Fourth Doctor for Halloween, only the scarf was hand made by my girlfriend. The rest was store bought items. I reused parts of it and a leather jacket I have to go as Indiana Jones last year.

This year we are working on making me a Link costume. Right now halloween is the only time I wear the stuff. I will be going to my first con later this year, but don't plan on dressing up or anything since it's my first.

I'm actually doing my first cosplay this year at NYCC. Already started and will be a bit before it's all completed, but I'm doing Captain Avenger from the movie "Hero At Large". For those of you that don't know it or need a refresher, here's a pic:

I would love to play dress-up, but I'm not really comfortable in my own skin much less in a costume. BUT I love seeing others. I think it's really cool!
