Awesome!
No thanks. I stopped buying the issues at number 3 because they were awful and read my friend's copies of 4 and 5 and the series just keeps getting worse.
THIS LOOKS AMAAAAAAAYZING! He-Man Vs. Despera! Big-Boob Teela, NOW WITH RED HAIR! :)
can you share a link for a non mobile device?

Sweeeet! Show me the Dodsons' cover now!
I really want figures based on this comic!
Yesss - can't wait !!! and future figures too.
yeahhh!
now new sub section for DC comics please
Exceptional news!!!
Amazing, if predictable news. :)
"Also -- somebody dies!" - they say this like it's a good thing?
When do we get to see the Dodsons' cover?
You are not alone. I specifically want Despera and this cover's version of Teela (which I know is pretty close to her Battleground Teela look, but this one is far more bad-ass and it would be great to get this face & hair sculpt for Teela!)
Also, I would love to start seeing MOTU incorporated into Cartoon Network's DC block as little mini-sodes :)
wow SOTS 2.0 !:hmlol:
Red Teela is back and very sexy .
YES!!! I can read comics again! I gave up on Marvel after it rebooted its main titles and became sheep dung. I finally have a regular book again!
Looks great! I just don't like the 'somebody dies' part...it seems too cliche for this book so far. Red Hair Teela = YES!
We all thought there was a reasonable chance of this happening. Good to see that it not only is, but its happening much sooner than I thought it would. I can see Horde Troopers in the background.
Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!
That Battle Cat looks pretty much like the Classics BC I think.
As much as some (and part of me) is against the deaths, I wnt them to treat this with a good gravitas in places so the property gains credibility. i know i know someof you will (to a degree correctly) point out that deaths and gravitas are cheap and quick ways to 'mature' up a storyline, but it can also be done expertly. a good writer doesn't draw a line at going too light or too dark, they can make both work and in tandem. thats what i hope for for this series, give us eternia as we've known it, but bring us to brand new levels and places as well.
as far as i know Despara has been widely accepted as a new take on Adora's horde ties, and to me it's a fantastic addition. familiar story but brand new elements, that's what I want more of.
It's too early on in the comic's lifespan to kill major characters off. Especially when She-Ra isn't even She-Ra yet.
Hair color is not that important to me but man they really did make Teela well endowed :hmeek:. That's the only way to draw comic gals IMO. I am beyond excited to get this book every month. Like most media it will have highs and lows but just having new media is exciting.
Can't wait to see the Dobson cover!!! :D
And that's an Ed Benes Teela if ever I saw one. :teeek:
I can see why Duncan is so furious!!! :sklol: :elwink:
They had to. It's how her mom looks in the comic.

How exciting! I'm thrilled we're getting more Despara/She-Ra goodness.
I seriously hope this eventually spins off into She-Ra getting her very own comic series, with Drew Johnson contributing to some of them. :)
