What's all this talk about one-shot characters now? When did TG ever say this sub is for non-recurring characters only? I know he said no variants, only original characters.

I'm pretty sure it's Sea-Hawk. Come on, they only put fan demanded characters in the filmation sub. Mattel is smart enough to know no one would buy Blackbeard... Why else do you think they reveal...
