I use them both and in general they work very well. I have a few older figures (Mer-man, Hordak, She-Ra, etc) whose peg holes are either too large or too small and so the stands don't hold them up...

Finally got the first of my two Demo-man shipments and although Demo-man himself seems fine, both additional heads (The Alcala and viking skull heads) are missing from the package... WAY TO GO MATTEL!
