My apologies if this question has been asked before.
But I always have wondered how many of each figure of MOTU (US release/Canada release) were made. Does anyone know or have an educated guess??...

I totally agree, I did some research and came across 30 known Vlix in private collections and there are only 2 known Air India MOTU promos like you said.
If I had the choice I would want to own...

I think this may be the rarest figure in the world!! Its a lot rarer then Vlix from StarWars!!

Amazing figures, its extremely hard to get that Skeletor the condition that its in. Most vendors in India dont really care about the cards. Impressive.
