This thread is not going away, and neither is the issue. This blunder must be addressed by Mattel. SDCC was a huge slap in the face to loyal collectors.

Definitely a possibility..... This happened every day last year, but I don't think the demand was as high. It would be nice to hear some announcement from Mattel.....but I wouldn't hold my breath.
