I'm pretty sure its a Spanish figure, I bought some figures from Spain and this was included. This was a bunch of figures he had as a child.
I recently asked this same question (if Roto Moss Man exists) from two different Venezuelan collectors and they both assured me 100% that it does not. The same for Roto Two Bad. :hmeek:
