I have Comcast too, and had a similar problem at one point a while back. Come to find out, needed higher recieving-strength cable-cords. After that, it was fine.

Yeah. Heck, there have ben alot of shows that premiered (and have only been) on those stations (Toon Disney and Nicktoons). Along with other shows on other cable-channels, too.
The Spine-Art Mural on the first Best Buy exclusive was pretty much the end.
For the Complete Series Set, the first episode with The Boogeyman is on Vol. 1. While his second appearence is on Vol. 3.
So likely be on those Volumes for the seperate/retail release too.
Not sure on the cover thing, but know that only the first issue was released.
Umm.. Dem., only 1 issue saw release for this Encyclopedia.
Whatever. I still enjoy watching shows on TV. As well as getting them on DVD when they do come out.
But alot haven't been released (yet, at least). And some may not be, with the legal troubles,...
The "ThunderCats Ho" 5-Parter from the Series.
Oh yeah, I remember it somewhat from back then. And I recently watched an episode on YouTube.
Nah. Pre-orders can have problems too.
Take for instance, Time Life's recent pre-order offering of Real Ghostbusters Complete Series DVD Set. Customers ended up getting notices in the mail on it...
I've read through most of this thread, and have to agree with those that feel the OP is overreacting.
Placing an order on Monday, and apparently expecting a literal 2-day delivery is overboard....
In some cases Shout has stopped-short on releasing all of a series on DVD, but so has Disney. Though Shout has also done series releases completely too.
Right, that's why I added it too (fine to do for yourself, etc.).
I'm not too thrilled with the station bugs (and the even worse 'scrolls'). But can deal with it if need be for having a series...
Exactly. I had also brought this notion up in another thread.
Though will say -- I do have a DVD/VCR Recorder, I haven't really used it as yet. But do plan to for series I have on tape that...
And Thank God you 'don't' keep tooting-your-own-horn about the series every chance you get.
Yes, *heaps* of sarcasm there.
But really, Vanquest, it can get annoying having someone...
Umm... so you got it at an expensive store? That isn't really a 'problem' with the computer then, is it?
Still haven't! Man, it's been 5 days now since some of us here got the Set.
Right, that's what I was meaning with the first part (maybe they can't get it through Time Life) -- the person/people being elsewhere in the world.
And yeah, another possibility (for the...
It is strange. Though... maybe they can't get it through Time Life, or thought the E-Bay route would be easier... *shrug*, who knows.
Well yeah, maybe so. But I was noting of it as more for (far as I recall) that's all that was edited out -- is one song segment from each of those stories.
Other than possibly minor cuts, the only things I've read for the Specials (and the other episode I noted) is a song segment was edited out.
As the ad slogan goes, "Dude, get a Dell".
I have had one for quite some time, and it's worked well.
Had read about that (Australian release).
With all the other Ghostbusters (shows and movies alike) out on DVD in the US, would seem only natural to put Extreme Ghostbusters out as well.
That is strange, scroogemcd. As all the SteelBooks were plastic-wrapped in mine. The only things not wrapped were the Bonus Disc and Guide Book.
Yeah, for Rhino's release there are small edits to the 2 Specials ("Midnight Castle" and "Escape From Katrina"), as well as "The Glass Princess".
Here ya go, Markatisu--
Vol. 1 Disc 2 for "X-Mas Marks the Spot".
*Edit: Also, on "Halloween Door", is great to know completely now (as had been given info in the news items that would...
Nice Set.
And you're right, Markatisu. The US had all of Classic My Little Pony put out on DVD (with a few edits); but none of the follow-up, My Little Pony Tales.
Yeah. Gives the person a nice rundown of the Episodes, and Special Features.
After opening the Set, as mentioned, it was the first thing I checked out. Haven't watched any of the Discs yet, but...
Aw, too bad. Hope you can easily get it. It's a good piece to the Set as well (as noted- with the Trivia, etc.).
I just got the DVD-Set a short time ago.
So far I've only opened it, and have been going through the Episode Guide booklet. Along with checking out the Trivia and Features listings, noticed an...
